Manufacturing quality assurance and control is maintained in the factory by an engineering staff with a combined experience of over 75 years in production and product management. Each 660 foot length of hose we produce carries a unique serial number and date of manufacture. Serial numbers will be maintained in a permanent data bank together with a record of all factory conditions on that date that are pertinent to the manufacturing process.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is one of the highest abrasion resistant materials available on the market today, much more so than NitrileRubber/PVC. This is what makes our 12” TPU lay flat hoses up to 5 times more durable than standard 10” NitrileRubber/PVC hoses.
Durability is not the only factor between the two, 12” hoses have a 44% increase in transfer capacity when compared to 10” hoses. With an increase in volume of this proportion, a 12“ hose has the capacity to outproduce a 10” hose by almost 2 weeks over the course of a month.
